Interior Design in Dubai respects the intellectual property rights of others. We are committed to upholding copyright law in all our published content, including articles, images, and design showcases on interior-design.ae. Our policy details procedures for copyright owners to report alleged infringement and for users to respond to such claims.

Filing a Copyright Infringement Notification
If you believe content on interior-design.ae infringes your copyright, please send a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your notice must substantially comply with the requirements below. Providing all requested information helps us process your request effectively.
Your infringement notification must include the following elements:
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. Please provide specific titles, URLs, or other identifying information.

Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe content you posted on interior-design.ae was removed or access was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification. This allows us to restore the content, unless the copyright owner files a court action. The counter-notification must be a written communication.
Your counter-notification must include the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled. Identify the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Interior Design in Dubai may be found. You must also state that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of infringement.

Repeat Infringer Policy
Interior Design in Dubai will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, subscribers and account holders who are repeat infringers of copyright. This determination will be made at our discretion. We reserve the right to remove content or disable accounts for users who repeatedly infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights of others.
