Corrections Policy

Corrections Policy

Interior Design in Dubai is committed to providing accurate, reliable information across all our articles and features. We understand that precision is important for our readers, especially when exploring interior design trends, techniques, and projects within the UAE and internationally. Our editorial team works diligently to ensure the factual integrity of our content.

Despite our best efforts, errors can sometimes occur. When they do, we are dedicated to correcting them promptly and transparently.

Types of Corrections

We categorize errors into distinct types, each with its own approach to correction:

  • Minor Fixes: These include typographical errors, grammatical mistakes, or small stylistic changes that do not affect the factual accuracy or meaning of the content. We correct these updates directly within the article without a formal notice.
  • Significant Corrections: These address errors that impact the understanding of the content. Examples include incorrect names, dates, locations, design specifications, or factual misstatements. We update the article and add a visible correction notice.
  • Retractions: This rare action occurs when an article contains fundamental flaws, gross inaccuracies, or misinformation that invalidates its core premise. A retraction means the content is no longer considered reliable.

How Corrections Are Noted

For significant corrections, a clear notice will be appended to the bottom of the affected article. This notice will detail the error, the correct information, and the date the correction was made. Minor fixes do not receive a formal notice.

Retracted articles will be clearly marked as “Retracted” in their title and content. They will include an explanation for the retraction.

Transparency and History

Interior Design in Dubai maintains a commitment to transparency regarding our content. Each significant correction is documented within the article itself, ensuring a clear record of any changes. We believe this practice builds trust with our readership.
